Anytime you change or add something to your diet you will have some issues. Relax, your body will adjust and you'll be back to normal in a minute.

I have never had an issue. in fact for me LBA are about the easiest to consume gastro-wise. You probalby just need to introduce the more gradually.

You could be sensitibve to the glycerol in i depneding on ow much you used. Glycerol does have that effect.

Same here....was fine on the old LBA's but when the new version came out, I had diarrhea like there was no tomorrow. Was drinking about a bottle a week. Stuck with them for about 2 weeks and I had to stop, just couldn't take it anymore.

I have Crohn's; so I'm super sensitive.

LBA's have never caused a problem for me.

I had similar issues when I forst started and gas. I added some digestive enzymes and it cleared up after a few days!

i already take digestive enzymes on a regular basis. i'll give it a few more days and see if it clears up.

I go through a bottle every 5 days. Been on them for over 2 months. No problems so far.

glycerine is a mild laxative, you will be fine, your body will get use to it, i have never had the runs though

I was taking TP's Beef protein Isolate and LBA's and had the same problem. I thought it was the LBA's but in fact it was the Beef Isolate. Are you using LBA's exclusively? if so, hopefully it clears up for you cuz it's an awesome product.
