sup , if i can hit 225 32 times and i can get 315 10 times with no spot of lift off. what ouwld you think my max for 1 rep would be. i workout alone, so its tough for me to really push myself to the limits on stuff like bench and squats. thanks in advance.
 
To many variables factor in, Some people can bench 225 10 times but cant put up 275, for some they have great strength but no muscular endurance...only way to find out is ask for a spot...Anything we tell ya is just a guess
 
There is a formula for one rep max out there someone.

I would not attempt it in reality without a spot, and even then I would think twice. You are asking for an injury.

In seven years of lifting I have never attempted a one rep max.
