I'm going to drop back my dose of bystolic from 10mg to 5mg. I'm getting pretty light headed and I wonder if that's the cause. My diastolic BP number is low.

Sure you can. Take side of the family you take after the most. Look at all the males from the past 3 generations. Find the average and standard deviation of the age at death. Calculate the expected lifetime +/- 2SD. Assume PED use is no different that what your male relative risks were. For me thats 67 +/- 26. So I should either be dead 15 years ago or I have 37 years left.

In mathematical terms you are fucked or you are not.

Simple math

I suppose I could calculate that information, but for me personally, I rather not even think about that.

I rather focus on being as healthy as I can, doing the things I enjoy doing, and take it day by day.
