Is this stuff also called 17-Methyl-1-Testosterone? What's the difference between M1T and just 1-T?

M1T has a methyl group added to help it's first pass through the liver. This makes it orally active unlike non-methylated 1-test. They act differently somewhat since the 1-t has the cypionate ester added making it release and build slowly in your system. Taking m1t makes a dihydroboldenone spike much higher than a 1-test cyp injection since the whole dose is available after gastric absorption and the stripping of the methyl group by the liver. This is great for having a very high level of anabolic in your blood right after workout when protein utilization is 6 times normal. Repeated injections of 1-test cyp will eventually give you a high stable level in the bloodstream that should be similar in effects to the oral m1t, if not better since the level is maintained for the whole 24 hours of each day instead of the oral spike which is then reduced quickly like most orals. I saw a half life guess of 8 hours on M1T.

I wonder if you can add it to your low test/high tren cycle.

test 300mg

No it is two totally different compounds.
