Great job, Mike. Good solid gains all around. I've set similar goals so anything you care to post about your routine would be appreciated. BTW How tall?

damnnn you put on some good size up through your neck area!! You're lower lats look very good also....What does your front double bi look like now while you are bulking?

train 3Xweek , only basic moves (squat, deadlit, bench press, dips ...)
really heavy and 1-2 set per exercise is what worked good for me

training is higher

diet : I watch my carb intake to avoid TOO MUCH fat gains and ingest a lot of proteins and moderate fat

supps : really basic : protein powder, creatine , BCAA ...
 
in that first pic hadnt you been away from training, ect... for a while? HUGE difference though! you look thick as hell in that 2nd pic!

on the first pic I had to maintain to a weight category as I was a boxer so weight training was mainly to gain power, not specialy to gain muscles BUT I had trained before to build muscles for about 4 years or so ...

Looks like muscle memory and the basic moves (deads and Upper- back moves) are serving you well. Great gains of lean mass. New INK as well.

at the end of "bulking part" I want to be around 260 lbs with 13%bf max

and at the end of cutting I want to be at 6%bf
