Just wanted to see what some of you guys thought about my pics. I'm 10.5 weeks out, weigh 212lbs, 5'9. I won a local show as a light heavy last year but im trying to cut down to a middleweight for the north american's. My posing is a little rusty right now as you will see in the pics. I'm gonna try and post pics once a week to chart my progress, and normally ill take them indoors as i dont like the lighting outside in these pics.

At 5'9" 176, you're going to look stringy.....why not stick to LH and just get in your best possible condition?
BTW, you have great structure

my plan is to be a middleweight but i will let the mirror be the judge of that....if i look great at 190lbs or whatever weight than i will be a light heavy. just have to wait and see i guess

Looking well on track. With 10 weeks to go all you need to do is be careful you do not sacrifice any of the hard earned muscle you have. Condition is good for this far out. Looking forward to see the changes. Good balanced physique though!:D

As others have said you look good especially for 10.5 weeks out, however I must be honest and say that your weakness at this point is your hamstrings as you have great sweeping quads. Good luck in your competition and I to will say why go down to mids when you are looking great at LH.

Excellent at this point. You should make a positive impression. I always preach mirror over the scale. See how it goes. Make posing practice a daily activity. Wish you the best.

gonna post some more pics tomorrow or monday, im right at 10 weeks today. Doing cardio once a day in the morning for 30min on an empty stomach right now. my conditioning is better than i thought it would be at 10 weeks but im still thinking of going to 45min a day starting monday.....and in case anybody cares im at 434g of protein, 231g carbs and 20.5 g of fat right now. Roughly 2900kcal/day. Just got paid so im planning on hiring phil for the rest of my prep
