Started lifting in 1997 at a whopping 132lbs!
Bulked up to 205 or so. First pics i have are from late 1999 so I am getting close to 10 years. I dieted down to 170 in 2000 and been up and down since then as life has gotten in the way.
Put together a few pics to see how they compare over the years.
Signed up to train with Phil Hernon about a year ago. Been following the workout most of the year and made good progress. To be fair I have only followed his diet about 1/3rd of the time yet I am 20lbs heavier and a little leaner. so the whole gain a little muscle, lose a little fat thing would work for me if I stuck to the diet.
