Been a gym rat all my life, age 53 on TRT for the past five years did a blast once or twice per year but out of the game for the past two years due to a elbow tear. Always amateur never pro…Hundred days ago I started training again as my ass got fat, but as always I kept some good muscle under that fat. I did the following diet for 100 days straight. I did not cheat with one bite of food. I ate the exact same thing every day for 100 days as listed below. I took 180 mg of testosterone C divided into two weekly doses, nothing else.
Breakfast: Fage zero Greek yogurt, with mixed isolated whey protein, fresh blueberry’s Almost no carbs in this all protein.
Two hours after this I would have an almond milk whey proteins shake with Spirulina, green powder, green tea, 160 calories.
Late morning or early lunch I would have a giant baby spinach and baby kale salad with a good dumping of grilled chicken breast on top. Toss whatever veggies I had like tomatoes cucumber, carrots in a low fat low calorie dressing.
Between this and my last meal of the day I would snack on fresh blueberries, have another protein shake and that’s it
Dinner, A chicken breast curry that I make myself that has no rice, no carbs, it’s basically just chicken, all kinds of veggies in a very light red curry sauce.
That’s it, 100 days I ate this!
I weight trained four days a week and did cardio or at least an hour every single day. Even if I had to run in place at the office.
This did the trick. The fat melted off incredibly fast… After 100 days I’m freaking back. At least for an amateur dude that’s getting old…I feel good, look solid, lean….Don’t know what my body fat percentage is but it’s about as low as it’s been in years. I’m pretty happy where I’m at. But I want to polish it off.
I’m thinking about adding some masterone for a few months. Or tweaking my diet. I want to get that deep vascular affect, polished dry look. I feel like I’m pretty close right now but not quite there. So looking for some tips on how to finish this little session I got going off for a nice look.
Much appreciated!
