Here on some Sunday morning pics at 13 days out. I do not feel that my body made a whole lot of changes this time around...just some depleted from carbs. The last week should be fun to get some filling out going on. Also, I need to work on my X factor on my rear double bicep poses a better this week...fix that and time to get this done. Still water, but I will dry that out Friday night before competition. Thanks!

Wow, if that is you on low carbs, you are going to look jacked for this show. You do not look flat at all. Your back is much more defined, and noticible improvement for 1 week, overall. My hat is off too you, you definitetly worked your ass off.

Tenny, thanks bro...you have been a huge help and motivation too! I have been training legs twice a week all the way till these final 2 weeks, just doing them once a week now!

Thanks Shelby...come May 30 (13 days and counting) I hope to bring it to them, this is what competition is all about, bringing the best that are body allows. I have that excitement to get out there again, just need this body to hold a bit longer. You have been motivation thru your prep and progress for us all!
