1st Contest, 4 Trophies

I wanted to congratulate my client Steve on his awesome showing at his first bodybuilding show this past weekend.

Steve and I have been working together for a while now, and with a lot of hard work and determination he has transformed himself from a pudgy powerlifter to a shredded bodybuilder.

This past Saturday he won the short novice class, the novice overall, the men's medium open class, as well as the men's open overall.

I use to compete there, many moons ago. It could have been The Lehigh Valley, it is usally runned at this time. That is a good show and one of the longest running ones.

the transformation is one thing... the trophies are another... but to top this all of the guys 40!? i thought he was in his early 30's.. its made this post even more inspiring.. it just goes to show, with the correct attitude, and game plan, no matter how old, or where you come from, you can achieve what many would think is the un achieveable!
