How do you all run your food with the carb up going into a 2 day show with prejudging being one day, night show being the next? I've got a show coming up and my shows are on separate days. I can barely peak for one nevermind try to hit it for the second day also. What do you eat in between to keep from spilling??? HELP!!!!! ANY experience is welcome... details are great. THanks people!
