2 day shows...

How do you all run your food with the carb up going into a 2 day show with prejudging being one day, night show being the next? I've got a show coming up and my shows are on separate days. I can barely peak for one nevermind try to hit it for the second day also. What do you eat in between to keep from spilling??? HELP!!!!! ANY experience is welcome... details are great. THanks people!

I can't say that I've had to do this (yet), but I'm sure I can come up w/ some ideas (or at least bump this to the top).

Firstly, what works for you currently, when doing a normal 1 day show?...

I think the smart thing would be to modify what you do after the PJ.

One thing I've done just for a normal show is, given I am as dry as I would like to be, actually measure my urine on show day and only drink enough fluid (distilled H2O) to match that. It or course will not balance electrolytes exactly, but pretty much ensures that you can't stray far from your original condition.
