Well lets see here. Was wondering what is the best exercises for shoulder and traps? Want to get mine little wider and more rounded. Have pretty good size already.......6'4" 290.....but would like to add little more bulk at top.

Secound part............Amino acids. How often do you drop them...........meaning before after work out.....or in between meals?

any help would be great

dumbell side laterals using good form, doesn't allow for much weight but so what. use a weight that you can get at least 8 reps. i think post and anterior delts get ample stimulation from chest and back work. i forget what the other exercise is called where you have a bar going across and you lift it from waist level up to your chin area, i think its called upright rows. this will stress the traps and medial head. i personally never work traps directly (like shrugs)as i was never into the gorilla look.
aminos before, during, and after training. during depending on the length of your workouts, if your HIT guy with a brief workout then it won't matter much, if you lean more towards volume then it takes longer and could benefit from something during. i like to have aminos next to the toilet for when i wake in the night to take a leak along with a bottle of water to wash them down.
