My mate tore a hamstring few weeks playing soccer, apparently the bicep femoris. Recovery been slower than expected.
Any good tips to aid in recovery or supps to take?
He wants to use 4iu Gh day and 2.5mg tb500 twice week subcut, does this sound Ok?
Or is the Gh already superior and so no need for TB?
Can you put TB and the GH in one syringe or better to inject separetly?
