1) Try taking a good multi vita 2-3 times a day, or something like dandelion tea. It will curb the CTS. You sould also consider lower you dose until you can deal with the sides and then increase about 1/iu a week until you hit your goal(s).
2) Jins IMO, but you better be damn sure of your souce. Like Iron said just stick with some good blues.
