2 weeks into cycle and nip pain. Next course of action?

Need a little advice. I have been on test e, test suspension, tren ace for two weeks now. I just started adrol @ 100mg ed, the second day on adrol my left nip is getting a little harder and painful to push on. I have had gyno flares in the past with the same nip. I just need advice on what i should do. Should i start a SERM and then come off as it improves or start AI and run throughout. Ive tried both methods before but I want to try and keep from taking them throughout the cycle. Im pretty sure SERM kills my sex drive more than AI, and my girl aint gonna have that.

SERM or AI? what dose? I have nolvadex, clomid, letro, adex, on hand

Probably this but I had a similar situation as OP and started to use an AI but I also took nolva just to stop it at the breast level. So for me it was to start controlling E altogether but my immediate concern was the nips. 20 mg for just two days and couldn't feel lump or pain. Aromasine is what I used as an AI but I think adex would probably kill more E and quicker so may not need the nolva.

This, started at 12.5mg a day... For the last month of cycle I ran 25mg a day.

Stayed with 25mg a day for 2 weeks after last injection of test-e.

I use Letro. I take a very small dose EOD or ETD.

I'm with ODB with this one. Use both, AI and a little nolva til you get it under control. The girl is just gonna have to understand you dont want to have to share her bras.

arimidex does nothing for me.. letro on the other hand will knock it out asap

20mg of Nolva ed and you will be fine. I found nova is great for me because i have low estrogen right now but still get some nipple pain and a little gyno. SO i don't need arimadex or anything like that just something for the nipps and thats exactly what nolva is for.

After the responses i started with 20mg tamoxifen, 1.5mg letro each night and things are better. Tonight i stopped the tamox after 4 days and took another letro today. I plan on starting exemestane 25mg ed tomorrow and then hopefully lower that to 25mg eod. Thank you for the opinions.
