I just read Shelby's article at tnation and have heard a couple others asking similar questions so i thought i would ask it here. How long do you think it would take the average male, in his 30's, to drop from 20 to 22% BF down to 9 or 10% BF with proper diet and exercise. I would like to exclude drugs like clen, t3, and dnp (Just good ole hard work and dieting). This is just a hypothetical question and i know that everyone is different and all bodies respond differently so this is just a hypothetical question. KS
