Well guys and gals, I finally got my crap together and competed in my first show. I ended up taking the open heavyweight title and the overall as well. I am pleased for my first outing, but know I have a lot to work on to be competetive at the national level.. I plan on refining over the next 10-12 months and competing at next yrs junior usas or nationals...

thanks guys! I am planning on making the necessary improvements, mainly quad sweep, ham thickness, pec and calf mass and some mid back thickness as well....
