2007 precontest and contest

ive got more from last year if you want to see them for some reason i wasnt flexing my legs in my comp pics so i sent one that i took with them flexed...oh i forgot to add ive packed on 15 pounds solid since aug....and i stay lean year around about 9-10% bodyfat...very high metabolism

Conditioning looks great. Just need to work on those back shots. Lean more forward on the back lat and open up the back dbl bi by pullin the elbows forward. Back is shredded and if you get those two things down it'll be just that much better.

Bro you have the goods. Look really good. Just get with someone that really knows how to pose and as RR said, you will look that much better. The trick is to be able to display ALL of your hard work!!

I have to agree. Incredible conditioning for 7 weeks out. With minor tweaks to your posing you would look so much bigger and better.
