Best of luck with your prep guys. Are both you guys doing heavywights, is it a qulaifer for a bigger show. I live in UK and over here we have area shows then a national final. Is it the same in the USA only with a bigger national final.the show that you are doing in it a NPC show correct.

It's a big national qualifer..Last time I went to watch it..the lightheavy weight class was like 30+ people deep..It's one of the biggest amateur show in florida.

Yes, the Southern States is one of the biggest NPC shows in Florida.

I'll be in the SuperHeavies (225+). It's a pretty big show, so big in fact that it takes place over two days, with Fitness, Figure, Bodybuilding, and now Bikini. Top two in each weight class qualify for national level competition. I'm already qualified for nationals, but this is anothe step up the ladder from my previous competitions. It will be a tough show, so I'm working my ass off.

I thought 17 in my class when I competed as a novice was big.

That sounds awesome, you will get allot of expouser doing that show witch can only be good. So there will be a heavywight and Super heavy both from promuscle. Cant wait to see thse pics. Keep up the had work you animals and bring a few trophys to members section.

I thought 2008 was a little weak, but the 2007 show overall was a smalled version of Victor Martinez. Guy looked awesome. This year should be another big year, so it's going to take max effort to do well. No little cheats this year, 16 weeks out and balls to the wall. Maybe some progress pictures, I usually start around week 12. Maybe Hank will do the same??
