what should a brother training be?

Well I hadn't done true 1rm's for bench, dl, or squat in a LONG time and was just kinda firing from the hip. I actually hardly ever did squats. My training didn't really have any direction. It was more like "I'll do some chest stuff today and maybe some back stuff tomorrow. .."

God, I miss Queefer! RIP. I used to lurk here before creating an account, and would love reading the guy's posts.

He is the reason I ever became a poster. I lurked for a long time afraid to post.
He had such a great sense of humor. I loved the jokes he would make in threads that were too serious. I know I'll see him again one day. I sense his presence helping me all the time.

I got married and bought my first home this year. If you ask people who knew me 10 years ago if I'd ever be where I am today and they'd laugh at you.

We lost quite a few good brothers this year. RIP to all of them. I definitely miss Queefer a lot.

I honestly feel like I'm on top of the World. I accomplished so much this year. I'm very proud and amazed. I'm very hard on myself so sitting down and comparing where I was last December to this December I'm finally realizing all that I accomplished.

Great to hear everyone else has done well. Lucky that is a beautiful thing my brother, my Wife and I had our second son this year.

Moved 1000 miles away from home and met my gf. Got training back into 100%full swing after seven years off.

Had a major falling out with my family. Working on repairing it.
