unfortunately this is inevitable if you are chasing size and it has happened to everyone who has tried to do it - and as I said many times the era of "mass monsters" is over and bodybuilding is heading towards aesthetics againCrazy size progress.. but.. he fu**d up his physique and looks terrible. Yeah sad the era of freaks is overunfortunately this is inevitable if you are chasing size and it has happened to everyone who has tried to do it - and as I said many times the era of "mass monsters" is over and bodybuilding is heading towards aesthetics again
Sad in some ways but good at the same time. The monsters will always exist, just won’t be placing very high.Yeah sad the era of freaks is over
I didn't expect that I would say this someday because I love physics like Ruhl, Ronnie, Dorian, Jay, Art Atwood etc. but I also think that moving away from super large mass is good because it will literally save the health and lives of manySad in some ways but good at the same time. I’m actually glad to see the pendulum swinging back towards aesthetics. Can still be a monster if you’ve got the proper proportions to make it look good.
I was thinking this is well. Can’t save everybody but it’ll help some for sure.I didn't expect that I would say this someday because I love physics like Ruhl, Ronnie, Dorian, Jay, Art Atwood etc. but I also think that moving away from super large mass is good because it will literally save the health and lives of many

what does that even mean Being sick for a week means that he hasn't been eating big for a week and probably not even training so of course he would lose some fullness.not like he is about to fuckin die?

Yeah i know... but i just fuckin loved the big gnarly fuckers like Ruhl and Dorian... but i know its their health thats takin the hit..I didn't expect that I would say this someday because I love physics like Ruhl, Ronnie, Dorian, Jay, Art Atwood etc. but I also think that moving away from super large mass is good because it will literally save the health and lives of many
It may not all be genetic as well. He definitely got too heavy in some offseasons imo. I believe it’s important to push weight, but Jo has had some very “dirty” offseasonsAs others have stated I have always been a fan of the freaks such as Ruhl. However that was my first thought when seeing those pics. Even without the slight change in bodybuilding criteria (more towards aesthetics) his waist is far too big. I suppose he knows he will never be a top pro so he can just try and be the biggest freak ever which for social media will help him gain followers and earn money. His waist was never small though so it's the first thing I noticed when his pics came up and it only goes against him the more he pushes his weight up. With his genetics pushing like that even when he gets lean again will only go against his overall look as you also stated.
