this place is one of the best places i have looked at in that there actualy are people here that think logicaly and understand how things work and not only wana get bulky and big. a heathy mind needs a healthy body..
i am a 21 years old and have never looked at any gaer befor, but i have
been concidering it for the past 5 month, i was a pro soccer player and a light W boxer but i stoped all that due to an knee problem i got in a game ... its not bad now but it dosent have the reaction time it use to and it still clicks evrytime i bend it.. how ever it dosent hurt anymore and i have been working prity hard in the gym to keep looking and feeling good.
i am prity good in the eating department but i would love an expert to give me some personal advice on what to use and how.. at the moment i am a uni student and not working, i want to use something that will not affect my extreemly high sexual proformance "id like to keep my balls" i do want to bulk up big and lean.
i do know how to push my self beyond my mind.. but i am new in the world of bodybuilding, o do eat good and plenty but i think i dont rest enogh..
i dont like to go for blod tests for a few resons so i will need a timed cycle.
1) what suplements appart from proteen and creatine and some vitamins and omiga oil should i use.
2) what are sugested gaer for my case and what kinda growth should i expect?
3) how to use that gaer in detail, i realy dont want to hurt my heart or balls while im growing big because in the end of the day we all want to have kids and see them grow old..?
4) can you give me a good workout progam?
