Yep...The PEP's and DES helped the delts even more.....
But my diet is spot on 6 days per week...... Heyyy, This Evil motherfucker has goals!!!!!

Doing about 3500-3800 cals while cutting right now bro. I will up this when I start the new DVD's in a week or so.

Sides of the rip so far at day 7 are a 3 lb weight gain.... smaller waist.....more vascularity.....strength increase...... better sleep.....sweet and crazy vivid dreams...... Yes and only on day 7
Doing 5 iu/day now

hahahaha.....the only negatives are the numb, achy hands. My carbs are low so I am getting ZERO water retention.
