Thanks guys. I'm pleased with where I'm at now.

puritan - yah my delts could always use more size and condition. They should lean out a bit more over the next 4 weeks, then I'll need to work on packing some more mass there :cool:

Honestly if you want something you need to improve on ...I would say your delts could be rounder/fuller..and your triceps could be fuller/hang more on your front/rear bi shots...

overall very impressive..that is national level condtioning right there

Thanks for that assessment Chris, I definitely agree. Shoulders and arms have always been a weak point for me. I've brought them up this past offseason but there's still plenty of room for improvement. Fuller delts and triceps will definitely enhance my overall look.

Thanks everyone else for the positive support too. I still have some conditioning improvements I'd like to make before the show but I'm confident that 4 weeks is ample time to make it happen. I actually could have made weight (middleweight) yesterday, so I took a cheat meal last night (my first in 10 weeks) and also am dropping all cardio for now. I need to be careful at this point not to lose too much.

You look damn good and it's great you achieved your goal of middleweight so soon. Now you can really focus on keeping what you have and getting tighter....well if that's even possible (getting tighter).

Here's what I had last night. It was AMAZING :D

Middle Eastern carryout:
lamb and chicken shwarma over rice with pine nuts and garlic sauce
fresh pita loaves and lentil soup

and:
1 toasted raisin bagel with almond butter and honey
1 blueberry muffin
1 big oatmeal raisin cookie
1 peanut butter Clif bar
1 bag of Macadamia Choc. Chip cookies
about 2/3 pint of Haagen Daz Caramel Cone ice cream
