I am thinking to seriouly try out worst case is third place. i really have not ever try to compete nor i dieted or do much cardio don't know alot about it. but i think i got a shot at something. any advice on what to do for the next 4 weeks? show is on the sept.5

1. Hire someone
2. Pick another show
3. Practice posing

What ever you are doing keep it up.......you look good. Posing is simple, just look in the mirror and imitate it........if you look good you cant screw up a pose..............when you look bad then all the poses are wrong.
 
Before we can give you advice you need to have someone take better pictures and lets see the wheels, quit taking dark pictures with slacks on...

These pictures suck.. Do some mandatories and lets see what you have to work with...

you do look good but i agree with the above.. there is a huge difference between being lean and looking good and being SHOW ready.. at 4 weeks out you should be pretty damn shredded.. just hire someone and do another show

Thanks for the advice. I'll take it. I guess you are all right and reality is I'm thrilled with the idea of been on stage for the first time and after sen some of the guys at the local gyms that are competing i underestimate their trainers but . I'll continue to train hard and bulk up for next season.

You look pretty good, don't seem to store any fat in the mid section which is a plus. I have to pretty much be contest ready to have very detailed abs, they are the last to come in for me.

How long have you been training and what's your height and weight?
 
I think you've got a nice physique, Cubano.

Getting ready for a show is a lot of hassle. Shaving, tanning, posing practice, ordering the trunks, if you wait until the last minute and hope to get all that done it can be STRESSFUL. You might also be unprepared for all the last minute details that can significantly detract from the excitement and fun of a contest if that is something you really want to do.

Take it from me. I am NOT multitasker. I want to do one thing and not have a million things to take care of at once.

For this reason, get someone experienced...someone [who has won a show or shows] to advise you on all this stuff.

Don't just ask someone from the gym if you do not plan on hiring someone. Ask the front desk person who has won. You dont' want help from a hundred different gym dipshits who 'THINK' they are "bodybuilders". lol

Your physique- While it is great and I'll bet you get plenty of attention...I think you should give yourself more time to prepare adequately...just so you are ready and will be able to really show yourself to your best advantage.

I know I'm lucky to not be next to you on tha show, but lucky enouth to be your friend;-)

I'm buying the tires this Friday, but I'm goin to TN to get my girls on sunday. and wont be back till Thursday. well Thursday is bikers night if you wanna hangout

i've been training on and off for the last 3 years for the sept. 5 show right at 12 weeks i startedbut then some tougth times came arround and knockmedown just now starting to get back on me fee. i i do realize that even though i'm arroudn 8% need some more size i'm 193lbs and 5'10". but i just notice that without the knowledge i deffenally gotta hire some one to guide me in the right direction and money will be tight for the next month or soo.

ahh that was nice off you to say that.it means alote.im glad to have you as a friend.you know you and i dont have too many around in this town.

cops dont like bad boys;) oh well guess they gonna have to live with it.let them keep chasing us around town:D
