OK, where to start.
I'm 46 years old, been training for about 17 years.
5'-8"
170 10% bf (when I started I was 120lbs and 10-12%)

Started with the John Parillio approach with heavy solid lifting and cardio daily. I maintain a religious diet and alter it based on whatever my current goals are.
7 meals daily, every day.
on mass diet I will eat between 3400- 4400 depending on the day. My goal is to ingest apx. 22 cal. per pound of body weight.
For me, best diet is a 45%45%10% protein, carb, fat.
When eating more I increase carb an fat intake a little.
I start with my first meal/pre-training meal as my larges amount of total calories. Each meal there after tappers down in calories. I also transition my carb intake throughout the day starting with both complex and simple carbs in the a.m. and transitioning to more fibrous carbs in the p.m.. Lasts meal is a non fat cottage cheese at bed time.

I always do an hour of low impact cardio daily. when eating really high calories I will sometimes increase that if bf is increasing too much.
I train in the a.m.
Monday chest, shoulder tri’s
Tuesday back laegs and bi's
Super and giant set typically.
Usually 2 exercises per muscle group, 6-8 sets per exercise. I like a lot of basic heavy exercises (dead lifts, squats flat bench t-bars …)

Currently I'm on an age management program with my bodybuilder doctor.
Low dose of test-c weekly, 180mg
HGH daily, .6 mg
Program been great but I need to crank it up a notch.
Here is the calycle I plan to run:
Week 1 to 13: 10mg Nolvadex daily
Week 1 to 10: 400mg of EQ weekly
Week 1 to 10: 500mg TEST weekly
Week 13 - 40mg nolva+ 100mg clomid daily
Week 14 - 30mg nolva+ 50mg clomid daily
Week 15 - 20mg nolva+ 50mg clomid daily
Week 1 to 13: 10mg Nolvadex daily
So, first, any comments on that cycle?
Second, I read where Stealth Injectables do not need to be sterilized. Does that imply that other injectables do? The test-c I use now does not. In fact I use my big needle to suck it up and my small needle in the glut to finish the job.
I know this may be a dumb question however that’s how I learn, by asking dumb stuff.

Being 49, I thought I answer your post. I like your diet, I follow 40, 40, 20 for bulking. I am not sure about your training, as you put down just 2 days. If you are doing 2 exercices, I guess that is OK for size, I tend to do 3, knowing that most mucles are 3 dimensional. As far as your cycle, don't you think that 180mg to 900mg is too much of a jump?
 
Sorry, should have mentioned that I train 5 days on 2 off. If I start the chest, shoulders tri's on Monday I hit those same muscles Wednesday and Friday. Back Legs and Bi's get trained on Tuesday and Thursday. The following week I Start with Back, legs and Bi's and those muscles are trained 3 times that week. I keep the keep the overall volume down each training day and make up for it with frequency.
As for the cycle, I would lay off my current program...well, not the HGH, but the test-c before starting the new cycle.

I just noticed your avatar, nice bike! I don't like that routine for growth, I agree with the 5on, 2off, but training only 1 bodypart per week. You could bump your test to 300-500mg and do nothing else. That would give you good results. Remember, without the right diet, nothing is going to work well.
 
The bike is a 2006 Big Dog K9. Lot of custom stuff done to it. It's an awesome ride. I got back into bikes after an unfortunate Hang gliding accident. Broke both legs and several bones in my feet. Put an end to my flying career. My wife clipped my wings. So, much to her surprise the bike showed up at the house one day. She wasn't happy but what the hell.
I do change up my program to a 5 on 2 off one body part per day. It just depends. The problem with that is that if you are truly training all out and hard with every rep in every set, I really think it gets into over training. You read these programs where a guy will start with 5 set of flat bench, 5 sets of declines, 5 incline dumbbell set followed by weighted dips and cable crossovers.....There s just no way that is productive if you are truly pushing. I believe at a point you are just going through the motions. Now I'll do a set of heavy military presses on a slat smith, 30 second later hit a heavy set of flat dumbbell presses followed immediately with an over head tricep movement. rest about 60 -90 seconds, add weight and move on. I have great success with this type of training and feel that I can avoid over training. As for diet, I literally plan every calorie and measure every gram of whole food (as well as any protein Powder I use). I program all meals using and old school data base program I picked up in 1994. Dr. Hatfield developed it. There have been several new versions developed however nun work as well as the original.
 
just curious for my own knowledge why run nolvadex 10mg during whole cycle?
 
Great question, I wish I had the answer. I have been researching a variety of different beginner cycles and settled in on this. I assume it has to do with gyno/estrogen prevention. As I stated above, my only experience with any gear has been trough my doctor and with the low dose of test-c and HGH. There is really no cycle at all, I've been doing 180mg for over a year. I've ask about pct and he claims it isn’t necessary do to the low levels I am running. Currently the program I'm on is really more to bring my testosterone levels back to what they would have been in my early 20's. If anyone out there could review and comment on the cycle I posted at the start of this thread I would appreciate it. One other question would with respect to cardio. As I stated above, I do at least an hour of cardio a day. My problem is I love to eat. I can easily do 4000-6000 cal. a day of clean food still keeping total fat calories down. I would rather burn it off as apposed to low cal. dieting. What do you think? I always stay between 8 and 10% bf.
