1. Low Box Mantra Ray Squats: 245x1, 265xMissx2 I could only get 45% of my best meet condition squat, and not only did I feel like a sissy, but I was plenty pissed
2. Lo Cable DL: 6 PlatesxCould not budge it-Clearly I was not pissed enough
After throwing the ammonia bottle against the wall...I called it a day and went home

1. Chain Suspended GM's (Bar was starting from about a inch above my belly button): 45x3x5, 135x2x3, 185x3, 225x3, 275x1, 325x1, 375xMissx2 After yesterday I was just happy to have more than three plates on the bar, which more than likely fed my ego more than helping me get strong, but hell I feel better.
2. Lo Cable DL: 6 plates: 2x8 (Feeling much better), 6 Plates and 2 Quarters: 2x5 (Feeling much, much better now!)
3. GHR: 4x12 Move the foot peg one notch closer and focused on keeping my knees in, much harder
4. Vetical Leg Press: 180x2x20 Foot position mimiced my DL start
5. Pull-Thru's: 100x4x15
6. Ab Wheel: 4x12
Feeling much happier now...
