I happen to use those foods in various combination in my daily dietary plan.

If I watch my macros, I can get so lean that you can see my liver.

Now I have to ponder the jello question. That's guaranteed to burn a few more calories.

P.S. my girlfriend called me a Cream-Puff the other day. Do you think that was a compliment?
