Same or stronger inall lifts. No major drop in carbs well i am still improving, i have done too low in carbs in past and have really F$%ked up LBM. Still have bit especially upper body and having bitch of time getting skin thight on abs.
You have made some big changes. Doesn't even look like the same person. To be honest, in the pics before I thought.........I dont know? Just keep busting your ass and get your bodyfat as low as possible, and everything will come.
