Impressive, no problems with your conditioning, you will be easily ready. One thing that sticks out, those Quads!

Quads are the 1 muscle group we approached differently this season....we trained them very differently from the rest of his body....it really paid off. With the routine we cant train every bodypart that way because we could not recover in time.......good job big R.

Was the training geared more towards increase in size or muscularity? Or both?

I would love to see some pics of the quads before the specified training techniques.

Thank you all for the positive feedback. There are so many of you that inspire me. Phil and I have 6 more wks. and I have said before that Phil really knows my body better than I do. I am just hoping to fulfil my goal for this year. This is an awesome site and there are so many people I can relate too.

You looked great there too, but I can see that you put on a lot more muscle, you look fuller and the quads are unbelievable now! They are looking like Munzers did.
