yup 60, no leg shrinkage here. not only is he my dad but my training partner and best friend. whatta you guys think.......phil, vander, anyone. we have our goal set on the over 60 national championship!

i feel as long as you do everything in moderation, have patience, be well- rounded in life and be consistent anyone can do it. thanks everyone for the kind words and encouragement he will appreciate them very much. if we can cross-over into the 50's division he's got a shot at his pro-card and would be the oldest man to ever turn pro. and the funning thing about it is he could care less about turning pro, working out is what he likes to do and it keeps him healthy. i just hope i can follow in his footsteps.
