Rips are the best bet these days. Do cardio everyday and the bloat won't be too bad.

When i diet I usually don't do any cardio, maybe a little HIIT, and lose fat perfectly fine. I just have a problem staying lean once i stop my cut (and no, i don't just go into a crazy surplus lol).
