I was feeling quite beat up and my CNS was shutting down, and SB and BP suggested taking some time off from training...so I did a Jumpstretch workout to get some active recovery work, and work on form.
1. Dynamic BP: 45x16x1 Used two double mini's per side as contrast
2. Average Band Pressdown's: 3x20
3. Seated Rows: Average Bandx3x20
4. Rear Delt Work: Mini Bandx3x20
5. Giant Set: Mini Bandx3x15 for each

5c. Upright Rows
