I'm going to do my first ever novice bodybuilding show in November. I want to show everyone what hard work and consistency can REALLY do.
I was extremely fat just 2ish months ago and I've dieted (the wrong way to get to where I'm at now) eating a super low calorie keto diet and somehow only lost about 8-10 pounds but my body looks much different. I'm still pretty fat but I want to do a bodybuilding show and I'm going to need to put on a substantial amount of weight if I want to be competitive, even in the novice. I'll post some more starting pics sometime early in the week to show my starting point.
