I'm about to start a basic powerlifting routine and was thinking about adding some a-bombs to my cycle. I realize a lot of water weight is attributed to this particular compound but my question is what type of lbm is left/gained after the water retention is gone? I know everyone's results are different but im just pondering if the gains are worth the harshness of this compound. Thanks.
