Dr.X New member Newbies Joined May 5, 2003 Messages 47 Dec 11, 2003 #7 Yea, your arms could use more work. Hit them 2x week, for example: 1 Chest, sh, tris 2 Back, Bis off 3 Arms 4 Legs off Chest is tough b/c everyone is diff. Personally I do best with 6-8 sets (2-3 exercises) Keep working

Lol I guess feeling fat and smal is what drives us all
