A Formal IronFreak Introduction

I wanted to do a formal IronFreak83 introduction. He is a valued member at only 24 years old. He has his head on straight, and always stays on the safe side of gear even when giving out advice. He's very strong and trying to get to that next level which Sam Byrd or Paul Bunyan will maybe able to help him out with. This is 515 RAW with ease at the end of his workout (and that's not his best):

thanks guys. im gettin all teary eyed lol. i'm very glad to be over here and i'll do my best to share my personal experiences with powerlifting and using gear. i'm also here to learn everything i can. thanks again guys, nice to feel like you've got a couple of homes on the internet you can go to.

oh and on a side note, i think test, deca, and d bol has gotta be the powerlifting super cycle haha. i've put 20 pounds on my bench in the past 2 weeks. just smoked 405 for 18 reps tonight
