my main goal is to just get bigger. honestly, i guess the hype behind the boys from the golden era getting big off this sorts of diet lead me to believe "why cant it be done?" when i think about it, there werent that many huge guys in that time - arnold was just a freak - who knows
in my previous cycle i dabbled with lower carbs and noticed i was flat and weaker but now they are VERY low. ideally, i want to give this a shot as last time i gave up too quickly for said reasons, but part of me feels im only going to lose time from my cylce. what do you guys think?
