As I approach retirement as a firefighter, I expect I will have quite a few joint replacements due to the job and intense training. I hope I’m able to remain active. And if I’m able, I hope to be working with underprivileged kids, particularly young men in the black . My family tree is very impressive with the men and women both living into their 90s from the 1800s till current. If I physically am unable to take care of myself or not get all around, I don’t know if I will continue living. I’ve seen too much to think I could be a burden on my children due to my health physically, and mentally would be a tough pill to swallow.

Yeah I recommended that to my elderly mother recently and perhaps get to come to the gym with me and she could use the treadmills and I can keep an eye on her from the weight area.

When I first started, I would PT my grandma from Poland. It was so fulfilling to get her in there and champion her into a healthier life to the day. She is 93 now, lives alone, fully self sufficient, resilient and stubborn.

I want to do humanitarian work. I have orchestrated some big toy drives for radys children and SD rescue missions in SD in my 20s. It was extremely fulfilling and brought me inner peace.

I also would love to continue mentoring at-risk youth for gangs and drugs and do some public speaking. Increase the Lord's fellowship one soul at a time.

I would like to connect all faiths and religions and cultures and champion the fellowship between them. a sort of ambassador of some sort.

Unravel completely from cultural dogma and indoctrination. I want to be fully self-sufficient and grow all my food and veggies, honey, dairy, etc.

I want hanging gardens to walk into like ancient Babylon to meditate and smoke and to get lost in.

I want to be in the mountains but also have Amazon Prime available (lol), and be in semi-proximity to a big city.

I want to be in love and that partner to be my best friend and soulmate. I also want my son to have made an impact in the world and his local community and to be living his dream.

Within this property, I want a rescue shelter for rescue animals. I want to expand my fermenting abilities as well as my chemist abilities and plant extractions.

I want to know a few more languages by then and have read all the sacred texts also. I want to retrace the steps of the saint's anointed ones.

Walking in the mountains, searching for minerals, reading
Alternating with stays in large european cities for opera ballet theater plays movies
liifting weights on low dose test and gh
Hopefully having frequent visits from the children and grand children

the view of the Alps from Zurich Switzerland is breathtaking. I recommend you give it a visit also. It was surreal for me.

I find virtually every corporate gym is on the list of places that accept silver sneakers. I have about the same thing through my medical insurance although i pay about $30/month for it.

That is only 6 years away for me. I don't think I change a thing. Really enjoying my life when I retired at 60. I plan to visit a lot of countries this year. Of course I will keep an eye on my health.

i didnt want to assume... trust me, im right in the thick of the community.. and also have a vested interest.
im only taking a break from things, as my son is not in football right now.
but his spring traveling team starts up soon, so ill be back to hauling him(and his teammates) around the state/region.

So funny. I was on a call with a server vendor the other day. Going over some details on a soon to be published white paper. Anyway before the officially starts we are all talking about our extracurriculars. One guy stated, I heard you like to box. I said yeah... I'm a nerd during the day.. a make believe warrior at night.

I am 15 years out (55 now). I see myself on the exact program I am on now. I am currently retired. 60mg of test every M-W-F. Working out with weights 4x per week. Stairmaster or outdoor walking 3x per week. Taking Cialis and having as much sex as I can. Still trying to figure out how to get more jacked and shredded lol. I am thinking by then they will invent some peptides that will be the fountain of youth (think hGh minus the risks).
