This is suzanne... Shes way cool, turning 49 years old this year and working with her on her off season diet and training for this years bbing season..

We plan on doing a few shows this year.. Maybe the masters nats.. if not Another show summer time....

I worked with her this past year were she won the overall at the NPC Central States... not a huge turnout but a wins a win and at 48 years old..., she should be proud..., she dropped 20lbs during the prep i did...

and got in some really good shape... Im also working with her daughter... Suzanne is really cool..

How is she coping with hormonal changes? Are they effecting her weight loss at all?

I'm turning 45 this year and so frustrated with how much my metabolism has slowed down. My diet and train has been such a struggle over the past year.
