Hey guys. I am currently getting back into the gym and having trouble with my work schedule tiring me out. I get up at four-thirty in the morning on Tuesdays thru Fridays. From Wednesday on I am running on fumes and on Saturday I am exhausted and take it easy.
What I did last week was a two way split doing push on Sunday and pull on Monday, the rest of the week off. I would prefer going to a three way, but I have not gotten used to this schedule, yet. Does anyone have any input on my making gains on this schedule? I am trying to get a little strength and growth.
