Im reading a book on powerlifting cause after I finish this cycle, to keep things fresh I would like to to switch to P/L for 4-6 months. The book im reading is an Soviet Power book and it a little unclear about 1 thing.
Let say for instance its BenchPress day. As you get to the 1 RM area. After you attempt this, are you done with the bech press or do you do a couple of 1RM (say 3 for instance) to prep you for more weight next time???
