I don’t know much about Mike Israetel. I have never watched any of his videos, I have only seen a couple of snippets of a video where he was training with two other Youtubers and to be honest, he seemed kind of weird. Lol ( Believe me, I have no room to talk here, it was just an observation)
This still turned out to be an entertaining listen. Mike has a good head on his shoulders, he is extremely articulate, he has a sense of humor, he is very positive (nearly to a fault) and he seems to have a good grasp on where we are headed in terms of pharmaceuticals, Ai and gene therapy, albeit he seems overtly optimistic on how soon we will have major breakthroughs available to the public.
Only a small part of the interview centers on steroids, this is the same interview where he said he felt like a psychotic lunatic when prepping for a show, it was good for headlines but they quickly move on to other subjects.
Mike makes a strong case for pharmaceutical drugs including the day exercise in a pill becomes a thing cause lets face it, if everyone had the self discipline to go to the gym and eat right, ozempic would not exist. Even if you enjoy going to the gym for hours a day, you will have the option of skipping that altogether and fill that time with other pursuits, other things that are just as important, like spending time with your family or the pursuit of knowledge.
