6% is the correct answer....thats why I use lr3 in 100mcg vials,while 6% is not high enough dosage to do damage,I feel like it swells the muscle,where the 100mcg vial mixed with bw there is no immediatly swelling,but I do see growth....for instance my rear dbl bicep pose;not only do my biceps peak but my tricep(med head) is defined making my long head of the tricep look bigger,kinda like Arnolds arms,but smaller.LOL
