If you insist on taking tren 50mg day is actually more than enough. Don't be inpatient and up the dose after 2-3 weeks, keep it steady throughout. If you aren't making the gains you want, increase caloric intake 300-500 cals / day. And not from mostly protein, add 25% protein 50% carbs, 25% fats give our take.. No need to be scientific just consume a decent caloric surplus without putting on additional fat.
If it was me, I'd forgoe to tren all together, and use mast or winy instead..
Lots of people like tren, but you can get the same results on safer gear and avoid messing up your libido, sleep, mental state, kidneys, and so on.
