Ive asked this question before but I am finding it really hard to get 4000 cals UNLESS I add olive oil to my shakes.
today I had none left so my cals look to be hitting 3300 by the end of that day.

usually I would be taking 9TBSP oil per day to reach 4000. Is this healthy? Should i just eat more carbs? Im following DC advice but its hard... Ill have my oil tomorow but just wanna make sure this isthe right way.
