Yes I read some smaller posts here but I was looking for specifics on improving flat bench technique. As we know, most bodybuilders either don't bench or don't bench correctly. We can learn a lot from Powerlifters! They move a boat load of weight with less pec tares etc.

I've searched the forum and haven't seen acticles from powerlifers explaining ways to travel less distance, or proper tricept recruitment or what we should/could visualize while were benching for maximun recruitment all the while saving our shoulders or pecs from injury.

I've heard people can add nearly 50-100lbs to their bench through technique alone. I'd like to see how. :)

100lbs might be a little overstated for technigue alone, but there is no question proper technique is essential to a bench big....

hell, just setting up correctly can add poundage to your max!!! it has for me!
