This may seem like a stoopid question but here goes I recently bought some aflutop for my joints and just presumed it was taken i.m. but someone I know says it has to be injected into the joint for it to be effective. Does anyone know which method is correct?

21 shots for 21 days. Can be shot anywhere IM. Although, I try to shoot around or near the problem area E3D............

I have bad knees. Could I inject directly into them? It sounds pretty painful

I personally would go with quads, glutes, lats, and traps..............

No, it's not made to be injected intra-articularly. It is an intramuscular injection.
