After competition diet and supplment help

Just came off a competition diet debating some different diet plans and training methods. any suggestions out there as for as supplments are concerned and best meal plan for growth while still maintaining good bodyfat percentage. Do not want to get sloppy
 
I know some guys that stay on there comp diet but just increase the volume of food that was in it. For example: 6oz tilapia, 4oz potatoe, and 1oz almonds would change to 8-10oz tilapia, 8-10oz potatoes, and 1-2oz almonds or 2-3tbsp all natural pb.. Itll be extra cals but clean calories for your rebound
