Ok, so I had planned to start my 10 week Test cycle this coming Monday but being the responsible person I am, I am analyzing the 10 weeks. In the 10 weeks I have plans to vacation/parties 5 weekends. I am not a regular drinker, but when I start, I get trashed. I also know from reading up that alcohol hinders gains and can increase estrogen levels.
Being that the summer is near and parties are everywhere, do you guys recommend I hold off the cycle until the fall? In the meantime I can keep bulking up with supplements and solid food and not have to worry about ruining this cycle.
BTW, I am 6'0" and 200lbs with a few years of solid training.
